Mac N Wild

Client

Highly regarded Indian family restauranteurs in London’s West End and South Kensington.

Brief

To dispose of 65 Great Titchfield Street in order to allow for the family to focus on other business commitments.

Process

The former restaurant Shikara had been trading for a number of years in Fitzrovia and presented a challenge as new any prospective buyer would have to see the potential in the restaurant despite the dated fit out and also recognise that Fitzrovia was becoming increasing popular and emerging as a new restaurant hub in the West End.

We recognised that this would be a great site for a start-up operator looking to establish itself in the West End. We have a vast network of pop up clients who we knew were all looking for an opportunity to secure a permanent site. We targeted our marketing approach towards these type of operators.

Result

We successfully assigned the lease to Scottish wild game restaurant Mac & Wild who had a successful pop up on Charlotte Street. They understood the current West End restaurant trends and were not phased by the project.
