Process
Jun was funded, well-organised and highly regarded within the industry one might have thought this would have been a simple assignment, we were wrong! The search for a Fitzrovia address, which commenced in 2013 was a long and challenging process and highlights the difficulties of entering into London’s highly competitive marketplace. The search parameters needed to be loosened and a premium budget introduced.
