Introduction
James Ramsden is a food writer, podcaster and restauranteur in no particular order. The author of four cookbooks, he has written about food and cooking for Delicious magazine, the Guardian, the Times, the London Evening Standard and many others. He presents The Kitchen Is On Fire, a weekly food podcast, and runs Pidgin restaurant in Hackney. He lives in London with his wife, baby and dachshund.
